Delivery
Dispatch
After order confirmation and subject to full payment, SARL N.T undertakes to ship the ordered products to the delivery address provided by the Client.
Carriers
Delivery is carried out by SARL N.T via Chronopost, GLS, DPD or any other carrier designated by the Client at the time of ordering.
Delivery times
Any delivery delays caused by the carrier do not engage SARL N.T's liability and do not entitle the Client to claim damages or compensation.
Transport risks
Ordered products are transported at the recipient's risk.
Claims upon receipt
Should any of the ordered products be missing or damaged, the Client or recipient must file any claims with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Multiple deliveries
Should the Client wish to have ordered products delivered to two separate addresses, two separate orders must be placed.
